We value inheritances, personal and family jewellery.
Janesich 1835 offers a wide range of services to value your jewellery. From the simplest appraisal to a more in-depth expertise whereby we issue an expertise certifying the characteristics of the jewel.
The appraisals are carried out by our expert gemologists, and upon request or need by a nationally and internationally recognised gemmological institute.
Jewellery that you leave in our office for appraisal is insured.
We recommend that your jewellery be re-evaluated at least every five years, to adjust it to market changes.
Expertise
Certified with photo.
When you purchase a piece of jewellery in our shop, or following an appraisal, we issue a certificate with a photograph, which is useful if you need to insure it or if you want to resell it one day, or even just donate it.
In the case of important stones, or upon request, we consider having it certified by an official gemmological institute.
Purchase and consignment of jewellery and silver
We buy antique, vintage and modern, family and second-hand jewellery and silverware with respect for privacy.
If you are thinking of selling your jewellery or household silverware that you no longer want, you can visit our shop at any time, we will be happy to examine them without obligation.
In order to offer you the best price, we take into consideration the weight and fineness of the metal, the quality of the workmanship and the value of the gems set in it, the period of ownership and the state of preservation.
Sales account
In addition to purchasing, we offer the option of consignment acquisition, a service with which we offer your valuables on the national and international marketplace through auctions and our commercial channels, enabling us to realise the best value for you. What we acquire is refurbished or carefully restored in our workshops in order to add it to our sale stock.
For a valuation of important jewellery or inheritances, booking an appointment is advisable.
What we acquire
We are interested in all types of jewellery and silverware, antique, vintage and modern, loose stones, diamond rings, watches and precious objects.
Jewellery from the 1800s and 1900s, especially the early 20th century, Belle Epoque and Art Deco to which we pay particular attention if they are Janesich, and then the 40s, 50s and 60s right up to the present day, with a focus on brands and fine craftsmanship.
